About Old Faithful Tours

Under the trade name “Old Faithful Snowmobile Tours,” three successive owners have been in business in Jackson, Wyoming, guiding snowmobile tours in Yellowstone National Park since 1987. Since that time, Old Faithful Tours has worked to be the largest overnight provider in Yellowstone National Park and the Jackson Hole area.

Jon Toolson, is the current owner and is a fifth generation Jackson native, has been snowmobiling his whole life, and guiding Yellowstone National Park tours for the last 18 years. He purchased Old Faithful Tours, Inc., in 2008, and is the current operator of the Old Faithful Snowmobile Tours business. Having been involved with snowmobile guiding since 1995, Jon is intimately familiar with the business of snowmobiling and based on this experience, Old Faithful has a large number of loyal, repeat visitors. In 2011, Senne Mulder-Toolson partnered with Jon in running the business from the front office, booking reservations, preparing visitors for tours, providing safety and sustainability oversight, and handling all other issues that might arise.

Jon and Senne’s passion for helping visitors see the beauty of Yellowstone National Park, for providing educational winter experiences, and their hands on approach is unique and sets Old Faithful apart from its competitors. They take great pride in providing good equipment, warm clothing, nice accomodations & great meals.  We also feel we have the best local guides in the field for our small family business.
